Mick Doe, Transport Operations Director

Following a 13 year career in the Royal Navy, Mick has spent the last 25 years working in logistics covering various aspects of the supply chain. This wide and varied knowledge includes the detailed understanding of road, rail and shipping operations. Experienced and knowledgeable in a range of technical specialisms, Mick’s work has seen him implement TMS and telematics systems across many businesses.

Mick enjoys developing and empowering teams and is passionate about improving processes – constantly searching for new and innovative ways to make operations more efficient and to enhance the customer offering. He has been at the forefront of eco-friendly initiatives at Clipper, including switching to alternative fuels and the drive to net zero.
