Paxton Carroll – Operations Director

Joining Clipper in 1995, Paxton has over 20 years’ experience working within various logistics operations including global airline supplies, garment logistics, high value retail distribution and Customs and Excise warehousing.

Paxton has multi-site responsibility for a diverse range of customers, delivering services ranging from small scale e-commerce and niche market solutions, to large scale returns processing and nationwide distribution operations.
