Clipper 玩嘉电竞 is pleased to announce Michael Price has won the Inspirational Leader of the Year award at the Talent in 玩嘉电竞 Awards 2019. The announcement was made at the event in Milton Keynes on Thursday, 27 th June 2019. The Talent in 玩嘉电竞 Awards are dedicated to recognising and rewarding the people that are at the heart of the UK logistics industry.
Michael joined the Clipper team in 2017 and within 12 months, was promoted to Continuous Improvement Manager. He is being recognised for his outstanding work in developing a Continuous Improvement Framework, aligned to The Clipper Way that is being embedded across all Clipper Sites. Michael has created engagement zones across the sites where people of every level can come together and share ideas.
The Continuous Improvement Framework has become the foundation of what Clipper sees as a vital tool for business excellence.
