Clipper Logisitics is proud to announce the sponsorship of one of Britain’s most promising motorsport stars, Chris Holmes.
The sponsorship package, which runs for a 12 month period, sees Clipper sponsor the 24 year old, Yorkshire-born racing driver, as he continues on his quest for a podium position in the prestigious Avon Tyres British GT Championship.
The season kicked off on 18th June at the infamous Brands Hatch racing circuit, where Chris took to the track in a Clipper branded Aston Martin GT4 racing car. Chris’s British GT debut in the two hour racing spectacular, got off to a promising start, as he and Secure Racing teammate Peter Ecreg, finished in a very respectable 5th place.
The Clipper Sponsorship package will include, Clipper branding on the car bonnet and rear, helmet and racing overalls and website. It will also include full event VIP hospitality for Clipper’s guest and customers, and personal appearances by Chris showcasing the car at Clipper corporate events.
In addition, as part of Clipper’s Employee Reward and Recognition scheme, the sponsorship package will offer Clipper employees the chance to win a once in a lifetime, Chris Holmes’s driving experience at a designated track, a day’s hospitality at a racing event with family and friends, and various trackside entertainment – including the chance to hear Chris’s personal perspective on his British GT Championship experience.
