Clipper 玩嘉电竞 plc, the retail logistics specialist, is pleased to announce that it has been appointed by luxury fashion brand ME+EM to provide a multichannel retail logistics solution for their range. Based at Clipper’s e-fulfilment centre of excellence in Enfield, the contract will take advantage of the company’s extensive expertise in fashion retail.

The iconic womenswear brand, which combines an obsessive focus on cut, colour and quality with a keen eye for detail, commenced work with Clipper early July 2014. The multichannel solution includes provision of warehousing, bespoke pre-retail services and packing items ready for dispatch to customers. In addition to the e-fulfilment element of the contract, the solution will also include delivery of goods to ME+EM’s central London retail store, taking advantage of Clipper’s electric vehicle, which services Regent Street retailers, and London’s West End.

Cornelia Smith, Director of Merchandising at ME+EM said: “Clipper have demonstrated the expertise we needed to help prepare the business for its planned growth. The Clipper solution will allow for supply chain efficiencies that will improve the ME+EM customer experience, including improved packaging and later cut-off times for orders placed online. Clipper’s shared user model allows retailers of varying sizes and requirements to reduce their outlay by sharing technology and infrastructure costs, whilst benefitting from best practice.
