Clipper 玩嘉电竞 plc is pleased to announce it has been appointed to provide a supply chain solution for quintessentially English fashion, fabric and homeware brand, Cabbages & Roses . The operation will incorporate delivery to store as well as worldwide e-fulfilment and will allow the business to improve processes and maintain high levels of customer service.
The solution will be serviced from Clipper’s distribution centre in Enfield and will allow the retailer to increase levels of stockholding as the business grows. Cabbages & Roses will also benefit from Clipper’s industry-leading returns management system, which will repatriate returned items into stock inventory, giving visibility and allowing for quicker resale. The fulfillment solution will transform the retailer’s existing operations, which have to-date been serviced in-house.
Holly-Leigh Harvey, Head of Operations at Cabbages & Roses said: “Clipper stood out as experts in fashion and retail logistics and were able to offer us a bespoke solution that will maintain and indeed improve our customers’ experience. The solution will enhance our supply chain processes and will allow the business to grow in line with customer demand, ensuring we are well placed for the future.”
Steve Parkin, Executive Chairman of Clipper commented: “ Cabbages & Roses is a vibrant brand with growing sales and a unique offering. Tailoring a solution to fit its specific needs was vital, to ensure that the brand is able to maintain and grow its brand loyalty. Clipper’s expertise and experience of working with retailers of all sizes will meet the long-term demands of the business, enabling predicted future growth.”
Clipper’s shared user distribution model allows retailers of all sizes to benefit from supply chain efficiencies, by spreading the cost of technology, hardware and infrastructure across a number of clients. In addition to the storage and packaging capabilities, the system will also accommodate a fabric cutting operation. The logistics solution for Cabbages & Roses will be located at the Clipper Enfield site, with the potential for significant expansion as the business grows.
