Clipper 玩嘉电竞 plc is pleased to announce that it has won in the Reverse 玩嘉电竞 Category at the Supply Chain Excellence Awards for its specialised bridal returns initiative alongside retailer ASOS.
The awards ceremony took place on the 14 th November at London’s Park Lane Hilton Hotel, and saw Clipper continue with the success they’ve achieved at the awards in previous years. The award-winning project saw Clipper and ASOS work closely, pooling their respective experience and expertise in reverse logistics, garment handling and tailored compliance measures.

When ASOS launched their own bridal range, they came to us to help them create and implement a tailored reverse logistics process. Clipper worked alongside ASOS to develop a process of best practice, perfectly tailored to their bridal range. This involved creating a climate-controlled facility especially for the optimum handling of delicate high-value garments, where comprehensive repair and compliance procedures could be carried out.
