Elisha Kelly – Senior Operations Director

Elisha has over 35 years’ senior level operational experience in logistics working across many sectors including electronics, general merchandise, books and fashion for both large and small retailers / ecommerce companies; and within both in-house and 3PL operations.

Elisha joined Clipper in 2015 and immediately added additional strength & capability to the senior team owing to her wealth of experience of working within both semi and fully automated warehousing. The successful transition of a project into deployment, and then on to the full live operational environment, are where Elisha’s skills are most beneficial.

She is extremely passionate about developing talent within her teams, the delivery of operational excellence, and the creation of strong customer partnerships.
